Who provides security at the community?
The Franklin has a contract with an after hours courtesy service which covers the property from 5:30pm to 8:00am Monday through Friday, and from 5:00pm to 8:00am on Saturday and Sunday. The Courtesy Officers monitor surveillance cameras and patrol inside and outside the building. Local law enforcement agencies also patrol the property on a regular basis.
Do you keep a spare set of keys to my apartment?
Yes. Keys are coded and secured in a locking key cabinet and are only released to residents after obtaining appropriate identification. We require your written authorization to release a key to someone not on your lease agreement. We would then require this person to provide appropriate identification. Locks are changed after every move-out, and if you request at an additional charge.
How do you handle lockouts after hours?
You may contact the on-call phone for lockouts between the hours of 6:00pm and 8:00am. There will be an additional cost for the service. |
